Community Center

The Waverly Community Building is located at 802 W Veterans St.  The Community Building is available for rent for parties, reunions, receptions, etc.  You can rent the building by calling city hall at 660-493-2551.  Rent is $500.00 with an additional $200.00 deposit.  The deposit is refunded if the building is clean after use.
